This website is ultimately about you and your spiritual journey. It is here to help YOU to wake up to your true nature in an efficient and harmonious way.

Thousands of us were asked, and thousands of us volunteered to come here, to help with the Earth’s awakening. Even though we were higher dimensional beings before our births, we had to put on these meat suits, forget our true identities, and play the game like everyone else. Our mission is to awaken to our true higher dimensional nature while living in these bodies. Our awakening raises our personal vibrations and by doing that, we help to raise the overall level of the vibrations of all of humanity. As the group consciousness of man raises in vibration, more and more of our brothers and sisters will find it easier to wake up too.

About me: I was born in 1955 in Los Angeles California. I started meditating at the age of 16 and have been fascinated with new age spiritual subjects ever since. For a number of years my focus was on cleaning out all my unresolved emotional baggage. Along the way I learned a lot of useful techniques for doing just that. I started doing Perfect Meditation in about 2008 and since then I’ve gradually become more and more interested in Non-Duality teachings. There was an awakening in 2013 after meeting with Fred Davis. Since then it’s been the integration process that many others are now going through.

Contained in these pages on this website are many words of wisdom and encouragement. This represents a lifetime of spiritual study and years of spiritual practice. It is the type of help I wish I could have received when I started down the spiritual path 45 years ago. It is my gift to you. I’m not seeking donations nor do I receive any compensation from any of the books or people I recommend. This helps to keep everything I say here pure and above reproach.

Buddha once said that “No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.” My focus is on showing you how to ‘Do it yourself’ because you’re going to have to eventually do it yourself anyways. No one can walk the path for you.
