Unresolved negative emotions are the cause for most of the problems in the world. They keep us from seeing our true light and are the thorns in are feet on our path to enlightenment. Unresolved negative emotions keep us believing that we are less than qualified for spiritual awakening. One of the most important things the seeker can do is to learn to love themselves the way they are. There is no way that you can consider yourself ready for the Awakening unless you can say with honesty that you love yourself. Because if you don’t love yourself, then you can’t love anything. Because there is only one. And you are it. So learn how to free yourself from the illusion of past negative events that all of us carry and fall in love with who you really are.
